Operating hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you have an emergency, please call (713)993-6311 for assistance. If you need service during off hours then additional charge may apply for after hour services.

You can submit a quote on our website and a customer representative will contact you within 24 hours to assist you. Submitted quotes are not a reservation until a customer service representative contacts you to make further arrangements. You can also call us at (713)993-6311. If needed, one of our Event Specialists can come to your site for an onsite consultation, and their services are FREE!

We will need to have the delivery and pick up address, home or business phone number, and an onsite contact person with a cell number if possible. The rental equipment will not be guaranteed until the quote is signed and a deposit is established or the invoice is paid in full. All reservations must be accompanied with a credit card on file.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), cash and checks. For credit cards we need a current credit card number along with the expiration date and the CVV code. The CVV code can be found on a VISA or MasterCard on the backside of the card by your signature. It is the last 3 digits in the white signature box. On an American Express card, it is the four-digit number found above the card number on the front of the card. We will also need the name on the card and the correct billing address for the credit card.

Early planning ensures that the equipment and supplies you want will be available. It is always best to make reservations at your earliest convenience. For tents and large scale events, you should plan one or two months in advance or even earlier if you can.

Yes, we require a valid credit card number as security for rented items, regardless of the method of payment. All deposits are subject to the cancellation fee and will be retained at any time of cancellation.

All rates quoted are based on a 24-hour rental period per item; however, we allow extra time for the customer to pick-up/drop off at both of our locations. We prefer to deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after. If that is not possible, other arrangements can be made. Any rental equipment kept for longer than specified will be charged according to our price schedule. For long term pricing Contact us for special pricing.

Delivery and pick up rates are based on the time and the location of your event. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted as a round trip fee. Please note: Our normal delivery and pick up times are Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. If a more specific time is needed, additional charges may apply. It is strongly recommended that the customer be available onsite for delivery and pick up times.

Delivery  includes pick up. Deliveries are to first floor, within 50′ from drop off spot.  Anything above or below first floor and over 50′ is subject to extra charges. Upon pick up, all items must be re-packed in the same containers as delivered, tables and chairs must be folded and stacked, and in the same location as delivered. Please let us know in advance if you will not be home to give us instructions for where the items should be placed. Please provide all phone numbers you have available so we can contact you with any questions about the delivery.

The customer is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery or will-call until it has been returned to Prime Tent & Event Services. The customer is also responsible for damaged or missing items and verifying an accurate count of rental items received and returned.

Yes, we will set up tables and chairs.  However there is an additional charge for setting up. Arrangements must be made in advance. Set up does not include linens and table settings. Set up for dance floors and canopies are included at no additional charge.

Our insurance does not cover your furniture and/or equipment, therefore, it is advisable to make other arrangements.

Any orders cancelled 30 days or more before the delivery/will-call date may be subject to a 10%  restocking fee. Any orders cancelled 10-29 days before the delivery/will-call date may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders cancelled within 3-9 days of the delivery/will-call date are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Orders cancelled 48 hours or less, or at time of delivery or will call, there will be no refund for cancellation.
